By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound by the Product Terms and Conditions and the Web Site Terms and Conditions which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and JJB Sports plc ("JJB Sports").
If you do not agree to the Product Terms and Conditions or the Web Site Terms and Conditions you should leave the Website.
JJB Sports reserves the right to alter or amend the Product Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you. Specifically JJB Sports can amend, discontinue or remove content displayed on the Website, including product and service information or specification on the Website, without liability

Orders
JJB Sports will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order ("Advice Note"). Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon despatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever and to refuse bulk orders. If we do so a member of our customer services team will contact you and will refund in full any charges which have been incurred.

Pre-Orders
At certain times of the year there is the opportunity for customers to place a Pre-Order to enable them to order and pay for replica kit products and have the products delivered to the delivery address of their choice on the official launch date. If a customer places such an order and also orders other products from the website the order will only be processed in its entirety and despatched to the delivery address to meet the launch date of the pre-order item(s). If a customer wishes to order items for immediate processing and despatch they will need to order them separately from any items included in the pre-order facility.

Prices
Goods are invoiced in pounds () sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") which will be charged at the current rate as shown on the on-line order form and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit.
The prices indicated apply only to on-line purchases and are not indicative of the price of identical goods purchased at our retail stores or by any other means.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. JJB Sports try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery Services and Returns
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by JJB Sports.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. Customers awaiting deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. The standard service is delivery within 48 hours of dispatching the order.
JJB Sports returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date, JJB Sports will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 30 day period, after inspection of the goods JJB Sports will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods JJB Sports will return them to the purchaser. If a customers preference is to return goods to their local JJB store this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you take the order confirmation e-mail with you which details the price which was paid for the goods when purchased. Please note that refunds processed in JJB stores must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
Please note that for hygiene reasons gum shields, drinks bottles, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Bank Holidays
In the event that an order is placed for delivery after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, this delivery would then be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday. If a delivery order was placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Easter Bank Holiday, this order would be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday.
www.jjbsports.com offer free STANDARD delivery for all orders valued at 50. Exceptions to Standard delivery apply on certain items of Fitness Equipment, Sports Equipment and Bikes which are priced in excess of 50. Where a delivery charge applies to such items, the charge will be stated clearly in the product text and at the checkout stage of the buying process.
Delivery charges for the "Bikes" range will also be displayed at the Checkout stage of the transaction process. Please note that the free standard delivery DOES NOT apply to static bikes and fitness equipment. Details of delivery charges are displayed with all fitness equipment and static bikes.
All items are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately and either:
When we deliver your items you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. Goods can be left at the delivery address with someone other than the purchaser as long as a signature and printed name is signed by the receiver. Goods will only be left with a neighbour if prior arrangement has been made with the carrier by phoning 01772 456925. If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses. A member of the UPS Customer Services staff will contact the customer to make alternative delivery arrangements. Re-delivery will be attempted for a maximum of two occasions. If a parcel is still undelivered it will be returned to the Sports Fulfilment Centre and the customer will be notified of its return. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.
At JJB Sports we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facility set out below. We cannot, however, provide any guarantee as regards the strings in any of the racquets that we stock.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer. JJB Sports will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.
If an item is faulty please contact us at onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. This facility is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday only. Instructions for customers wishing to return goods will appear on each Advice Note. Any customer seeking a refund for postage and packing or not wishing to pay for the return of faulty or damaged goods will need to contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com. Carriage costs will be displayed at the checkout prior to paying for the goods.

Replica Shirt Name and Numbering Online
The online store provides a service for printing numbers, letters and sleeve badges on selected replica football and rugby shirts. The facility is subject to the desired numbers and letters being available. Currently we can supply all Premier League teams along with selected Scottish Premier League, England teams and selected Super League teams. Squad lists are provided for you to choose from should you want a squad name and number or you have the choice of having a custom name and number applied. Simply choose the size of shirt you want and the shirt printing options will appear. Terms and conditions apply. In particular please note that once a personalised name and number have been printed on the shirt, unless the shirt is faulty, we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt. If a player subsequently leaves a Club or his squad number changes during his career at the Club we cannot accept responsibility for this and would therefore not accept a return of this item. Also please allow an additional day for delivery, this applies to your whole order. We reserve the right to not print anything which could be deemed as offensive. Prices are as follows:

Some clubs have released a Third Kit which may also be referred to as a European Shirt to wear during Champions League or UEFA Cup matches. Please note that JJB Sports do not hold stocks of these numbers and letters and the colours and fonts supplied by JJB Sports for numbering and lettering on the 3rd or European shirts are the same as used for the FAPL and SPL home and away kits.

Terms and conditions in relation to cycle returns
JJB Sports is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. It is your responsibility to check that your order is delivered in a satisfactory condition. If you purchase a cycle on line from JJB sports which proves unsuitable or with which you are not satisfied it may be returned for repair, refund (on the purchase price), credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

The cycle is returned to one of the 182 listed JJB bike stores (Use the JJB Store Locator to find a JJB Bikes store within your area. Choose the "Bikes" option from the Department drop down to view stores with a Bikes department) within 30 days of you taking delivery of the bike. You are advised to contact the JJB store to which you wish to take your cycle prior to returning it to ensure that a bike technician will be present to deal with your enquiry when you take the cycle to the store.

It is returned in its original and unused condition along with the delivery advice note as proof of purchase, in order to secure a refund.

Items returned are received in a re-saleable condition where applicable.

Items are returned complete with packaging and in good condition.

Purchasers who are unable or unwilling to return the bike to a JJB bike store, or disagree with the opinion of the bike technician must contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com to arrange return of the cycle to the JJB online store. Please note that the cost of returning the cycle to JJB is 25 and that payment for return of the cycle is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Whether the cost of this return is refunded is entirely at the discretion of JJB Sports.

A refund or a replacement for the cycle will only be given when the cycle is in the possession of JJB Sports either in the JJB store to which it was returned or at the JJB online returns depot.

A decision on whether the cycle needs to be replaced or credited, or whether the cycle can be repaired is entirely at the discretion of the bike technician. If the cycle is repairable, where possible this repair will be carried out immediately. If a part needs to be ordered to carry out the repair it is your decision whether to leave the bike at the store until the repair is effected or take the bike away and return with it when the part is available.

If after inspection your cycle is deemed to be faulty JJB will endeavour to send a replacement cycle or refund the purchase amount within 14 days of the cycles return. You will be informed of a decision by e-mail.

The store's golf staff will be able to advise whether a replacement product is in stock.
