How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders that have been requested as Standard delivery, with the exception of bikes and fitness equipment will usually take up to 48 hours to arrive. In the case of bikes and equipment, the expected delivery timescales for the product will be stated in the product text. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Channel Island and Scottish islands may take an additional day or two to arrive depending on their remoteness.  In some such cases delays may also be caused by weather conditions.

How do I track my order?

In order to track your order please call 01772 456926 with your Order Reference Number or Post Code.


How do I return an unwanted item?

When you receive your order a returns note is included with instructions and the address to return an item. Clearly stating the reason for return against each item will help us to process your return promptly and improve our service. All items to be returned should be sent to the following address:

JJB Sports does not offer a free returns service. Take your parcel to any Post Office and ask for a free Certificate of Posting. This will contain a unique number, which will help us trace any parcel that goes astray, and should be quoted in the event of a query. The adjustment for your return will be made directly to your card.


How do I return a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item please contact the Customer Care team via e-mail at onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com who will help you resolve any difficulties or arrange a replacement if needed.


How do I check the status of my order on line?

You can check the status of your order on line, by entering the 'my account' section on the home-page. Enter your JJB Store username and password and locate the 'view my orders' tab. Here you will be able to view all orders you have placed on the site along with their price and status.


How do I pay and is it safe to use my credit / debit card?

You can pay for your goods with any of the following major credit / debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, and Electron. We use a secure encrypted connection when dealing with your payment details to ensure it's safe to use your card over the Internet.


How secure is your website?

We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure. Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site. If at any time you leave the secure area of the site, your operating system may remind you that you are leaving a secure part of the site. You will be asked if you want to cancel this reminder for future occasions.


How do I find a product that I'm looking for?

By using the search facility you can type in the name of the product, price, characteristics etc. Any products that match the criteria will be returned in a list. You will then be able to follow a link on the product through to further details. Alternatively, use the menus to help navigate through to the type of product you require.


How do I update my personal registered details?

You can change any of your personal details held by the shop through the 'my account' section of the shop. Enter your username and password when prompted and you will be presented with a 'change my details' tab. You will be able to alter all details with the exception of your username.


How do I check stock availability?

All products on the site that can be added to the basket are in stock. Products that are out of stock will have the message 'This product is out of stock' and the 'add to basket' button will not be available. It is possible to pre-order a number of products and these will be identifiable by a release date.

What if I live in a VAT Free country?

If you live in a VAT Free country VAT will still be charged where applicable at the standard rate of 17.5%. It is then the customers responsibility to claim the VAT back.
